Do you want to meet new people while you are entertaining? Or you just don´t know what to do in your free time? We suggest you to join us in the Sports Services offered by the University of La Laguna (ULL).

Normativa y Reglamentos - Norms and Regulations

Para dar a conocer a los miembros de la comunidad universitaria los procedimientos que deberán llevar a cabo para poder participar en las distintas actividades e instalaciones, hemos creado una pequeña lista con las diferentes normas del centro de deportes:

To announce to the members of the university community some of the important procedures that they will have to carry out to be able to take part in the different activities and facilities, we have created a small list with the different norms of the center of sports:

Sanciones en el caso de:

a. Agredir o intentar agredir a un contrario, a un árbitro o a un espectador.

b. Amenazar, coaccionar o realizar actos vejatorios de palabra o de obra, insultar u ofender de forma grave o reiterada a cualquier jugador, árbitro o espectador.

c. Cualquier forma de conducta antideportiva que atente a la integridad de los jugadores,
árbitros o espectadores.

La persona que actúe de alguna de las maneras mencionadas anteriormente, será expulsado o descalificado de un partido.

Sanctions in case of:

a. To attak or to try to attak a member of a team, an umpire or a spectator.

b. To threaten, to coerce or to realize annoying speaking or acting acts to insult or to offend in a serious or repeated way to any player, umpire or spectator.

c. Any form of unsporting conduct that commits an outrage against an integrity of the players, umpires or spectators.

The person who commits any form of the above commented actions will be expelled or discredited from a match.

En cuanto a las instalaciones:

a. Respetar los horarios de uso y ocupación.

b. Cuidar el material y las instalaciones abilitadas para la práctica del deporte.

Atención: el campo de hierba solo está disponible martes y jueves, ya que debemos cuidarlo para que siempre luzca así de bien.

Attention: you can use the grass field only on Tuesday and Thursday, because we have to take care of it in order to keep it always so beautiful as it is now.

Actividades - Activities

Ponemos a disposición tuya toda una serie de actividades que podrás hacer tanto dirigidas por un monitor, como por libre.

Wir have lots of interesting activities in which you´ll be able to participate with a help of a coach or if you wish on your own.



Atención: es necesario hacer una inscripción previa para poder participar.

Attention: it is necessary to make a previous inscription to be able to take part.

Competiciones - Competitions

¿Eres un fanático del deporte y te gusta el mundo de la competición?

El Servicio de Deportes te da la oportunidad de elegir la vía competitiva y participar en los distintos tipos de torneos y competiciones que organiza, tanto de forma individual como en equipo.

El Trofeo Rector es uno de los torneos más tradicionales.

También tendrás la oportunidad de representar a la ULL en los Campeonatos de España Universitarios.

Atención: es necesario hacer una inscripción previa para poder participar.

Are you a sport fanatic and you love a world of competitions?

The Sports Service offers you an opportunity to choose a competitive way and to take part in different types of tournaments and competitions that it organizes both of individual form and in a team.

The Governing Trophy is one of the most traditional tournaments.

Also you will have an opportunity to represent the University of La Laguna in the University Championships of Spain.

Attention: it is necessary make a previous inscription to be able to take part.

Servicios Especiales - Special services

A parte de todas las actividades mencionadas anteriormente, el servicio cuenta también con un servicio especial de acupuntura, fisioterapia y masajes (aunque éste último se encuentra suspendido temporalmente).

Apart from all the activities mentioned above, the Sports Service provide also a special service of acupuncture, physical therapy and massages (although the last one is suspended temporarily).

¿Quiénes se pueden beneficiar de todos estos servicios? - Who can benefit from all these services?

1. La comunidad universitaria
2. Los familiares directos de dicha comunidad, es decir, padres, hijos, esposo,...

Deberán presentar una fotocopia de la matrícula o el carné de la ULL y el libro de familia.

1. The university community
2. The relatives of the above mentioned community, it means parents, children, husband,...

They will have to present a photocopy of the matriculation or the card of the University of La Laguna and the family book.
